Consistent communication keeps engagement high.
You can:

  • Share team emails for direct updates from us
  • Set up an internal wellness inbox to receive updates
  • Share updates in your own tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
    We provide weekly reminders to drive usage and keep teams connected.

ENGAGE LEADERS & LAUNCH

Leadership buy in is the biggest driver of team participation. When managers model a help seeking culture, it reduces stigma and encourages teams to engage with support services.We provide a short video training to ensure this.

Once leadership is on board, your team goes live with immediate access to the platform.

Do you offer services for smaller teams?

Yes. Smaller teams can offer direct access to therapy and coaching WITHOUT a monthly platform fee. This is a pay-as-you-go model, where you only pay $85 per session, based on usage. No minimums or contracts.

If you’re a small team and want to explore this option, get in touch, we’ll help you get set up.

How does pricing work?
  • $1,700 per month covers up to 100 team members with full platform access.
  • $7 per month for each additional team member after the first 100.
  • Enterprise pricing is available for teams of 1,000 or more, contact us for a custom quote.
  • One-to-one therapy and coaching sessions are charged separately at $85 per 50-minute session, billed ONLY when sessions are booked. If nobody books you will not get charged.

Can we customize the services for our team?

We offer flexibility based on your team’s size and needs. While we can’t guarantee every language or customization, we make every effort to accommodate client requests. We’ve successfully tailored services and language support for many clients in the past and are happy to explore options that make sense for your team.

Can we offer one-to-one therapy and coaching without platform access?

Yes. If you prefer, your team can access one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions without subscribing to the full platform. This is a pay-as-you-go option—sessions are billed at $85 per 50-minute session, based on actual usage.
There’s no monthly platform fee with this option. It’s a flexible solution for smaller teams or organizations looking to offer direct support without additional services.
