Can I see how my team are using the service?

Yes.We can share with you how your teams are using the service on a monthly or quaterly basis. We do not share specific names however we can share the number of group and 1:1 sessions that are being booked. We are unable to show you who showed up live. 

 

Are there long term contracts?

No contracts, minimums or additional fees/ hidden fees. Your wellness program is easy to roll out, transparent and offers the ultimate freedom and flexibility whether you choose a month to month or enjoy our discounted annual services. There is no catch.

How many languages do you offer?

We offer 10 languages right now for the 1:1 sessions. The groups and trainings are all delivered in English however you can purchase language specific training and groups as you need them.

Can we adjust the plan if utilisation is low?

For sure on the next billing cycle, we automatically do this for you. We are unable to move beyond the lowest plan which includes up to 100 team members however it will automatically default to this if utilisation reaches 100 or lower.

How many users should I account for?

Typically we see a 10-60% uptake. You can survey your teams to see who would like to use the service and guestimate. From there we can charge based on utilisation after that.

What if our team shares information with other companies?

We have strong confidentiality measures in place.The host will not allow entry to names with company information and has the authority to remove anybody from the group at any time.

As these groups are practice and experience-based, the focus will be on developing and learning a new skill as opposed to an open discussion. Participants will be encouraged to share their reflections and takeaways.

However, there will never be a reason to expose identifiable information and the calls are structured this way.

This is similar to an online conference where folks can come together and learn, it is not group therapy. We have so far never encountered this issue.

How many group sessions are there?

There are a minimum of 3 weekly groups across different time zones so all your team can join.

Are the pods capped at a certain number of people?

Yes, they are capped at 90 however, on average we expect between 8-25 average turnout per group due to time zones and utilisation. It has never yet gone above this.

Can I try out the service beforehand?

We can offer your decision-making team access to the platform to get an accurate feel for the service. They are able to schedule in group sessions, the videos/meditations. We will be unable to offer you a private 1:1 at this time.
