The thinking behind Rebuilding Thoughts

Most wellness platforms try to do everything for everyone, with long care plans, sprawling libraries, feature after feature. Utilization stays low across the industry, and anonymity is usually why. Rebuilding Thoughts is a specialist, not a generalist. It does one thing well, offering short, focused practices for people carrying the specific weight of high-exposure work, with nothing ever tied to your name.

Practice development

Step 1

Start with an established approach

Each practice begins with an established psychological or behaviour-change approach.

Step 2

Develop the practice

AI may help with early drafting, structure and adaptation.

Step 3

Professional authorship

A professional author revises, completes and signs off the practice.

Step 4

Add to the approved library

The finished practice enters the member-facing library only after sign-off.

Members are guided to approved practices. The system does not create a new therapeutic exercise on the spot.

How a recommendation is chosen

A small number of your own answers narrow the approved library. It's choosing for relevance, not making a clinical judgement.

What you share

What feels true right now and what it's making harder shapes a useful starting point, never a cause or a label.

What you've tried

Past practices and what helped or didn't reduce repetition. Anything marked "made things worse" isn't recommended again.

What changes

Feedback after a practice shapes what's useful next: reported experience, not treated as clinical proof.

Every recommendation comes from approved content, your own answers and a defined set of rules, and it should always be possible to explain why an option was shown.

How we use AI

How AI helps

  • Reflects and summarizes what you've chosen to share
  • Suggests possible patterns for you to confirm or correct
  • Ranks approved practices against your needs and preferences

How control is maintained

  • Interpretations are suggestions you confirm or correct
  • Recommendations come only from the approved library
  • Clinical decisions stay with appropriately qualified professionals

An AI interpretation is never treated as a confirmed part of your experience unless you confirm it.
