For Trust and Safety

Support for the people reviewing the hardest content online.

Graphic imagery, CSAM review, hate speech, grooming, terrorism, fraud and harassment. Moderators and investigators get practices written for the content they actually review, whether that is on shift, on a break, or after a difficult queue.

Built for

The people this is built for.

  • Content moderators and reviewers
  • T&S investigators and intel analysts

How it works

Guided practices, not a content library.

Nobody has to work out where to start. The session begins by asking where the person is today, then follows that. If they come back after months away, it asks again.

Role specific practices

Written around the exposures of this work, not general wellbeing advice.

  • After a CSAM exposure, before you log back in
  • Hate speech residue at the end of shift
  • When the queue followed you home
  • Post incident reset for graphic violence

Role specific training

CPD accredited training for leaders and the teams they look after.

  • Vicarious trauma for T&S leadership
  • Structured debrief protocols for queues
  • Resilience for long tenure moderators

Human support

Licensed practitioners for coaching, therapy and debriefs, booked in the same place.

  • One to one sessions
  • Group debriefs
  • Practitioner matching

Crisis intervention

A licensed practitioner can host a group session within 24 hours.

After a mass casualty event, an election or a viral platform incident, queues surge and hate speech and harassment rise with them. We have run group sessions through those weeks. Sometimes the harm is not online at all. One partner had an armed person enter their office and fire a weapon in front of the team. We had a licensed practitioner running a group session for them within 24 hours, with follow up afterwards.

Group sessions to talk it through and debrief together, with follow up support afterwards for anyone who wants it.
