For Hospitals and Healthcare
Support for clinical teams, built around the days they carry.
Patient deaths, codes and traumas, moral injury, second victim moments and hostile families. Practices, accredited training and licensed practitioners, available on a break, on shift, or straight after.
Built for
The people this is built for.
- Bedside nurses, ICU, ED, oncology, paediatrics
- Physicians, residents, attendings, hospitalists
- Allied health, social work, chaplaincy
- Nurse managers, charge nurses, clinical leadership
Where we help
The moments that have an impact.
How it works
Guided practices, not a content library.
Nobody has to work out where to start. The session begins by asking where the person is today, then follows that. If they come back after months away, it asks again.
Role specific practices
Written around the exposures of this work, not general wellbeing advice.
- After a code, before the next patient
- Carrying a patient death home
- Second victim debrief and repair
- When you cannot stop replaying it
Role specific training
CPD accredited training for leaders and the teams they look after.
- Trauma informed clinical leadership
- Peer support and structured debriefs
- Moral injury, recognition and repair
Human support
Licensed practitioners for coaching, therapy and debriefs, booked in the same place.
- One to one sessions
- Group debriefs
- Practitioner matching
Crisis intervention
A licensed practitioner can host a group session within 24 hours.
When something serious happens on a unit, a patient suicide, a violent incident, a paediatric mass casualty, teams should not be waiting weeks for an intake appointment. Within 24 hours we can have a licensed practitioner host a group session for the team involved, with follow up support afterwards.
Group sessions to talk it through and debrief together, with follow up support afterwards for anyone who wants it.
