Who We Are

Rebuilding Thoughts is a wellness platform that connects individuals with independent professionals offering therapy, coaching, and emotional wellbeing resources. These professionals operate their own private practices and are not employees or agents of Rebuilding Thoughts.

Our Role

We facilitate access to services provided by qualified professionals. Rebuilding Thoughts does not oversee clinical decision making, nor do we assume liability for the conduct or outcomes of any services provided by independent practitioners listed on our platform. Each therapist, coach, or wellness expert is responsible for their own licensure, insurance, and professional compliance. We verify their credentials at onboarding by collecting license numbers and active insurance documentation. We do not supervise or direct their clinical work. While we do not provide clinical supervision or direct their clinical work, we maintain internal communication pathways to ensure clinical questions can be addressed by qualified team members. Due to varying regulations and licensure requirements across states and countries, we are not positioned to offer formal clinical supervision. However, we are committed to supporting a well informed practitioner network through education, guidance, and peer collaboration where appropriate.

Rebuilding Thoughts is also home to wellness videos, guided meditations, and educational materials. Some of this content may be created by non-clinical professionals. Their qualifications are clearly listed so you can make informed choices about what content and support are right for you.

Scope of Services

  • We provide access to therapy, coaching, and wellness content through our platform.

  • Services may be delivered by licensed mental health professionals, certified coaches, or non-clinical wellness providers.

  • Group calls, workshops, and videos may include guided practices and educational content. While these offerings are based on evidence-informed or clinically sound techniques, they are not clinical interventions or a substitute for personalized mental health care. If you are seeking clinical support, you are welcome to consult with a licensed professional available through our platform.

  • Sessions are not recorded without your consent.

HIPAA and Confidentiality

Rebuilding Thoughts LLC is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We use HIPAA-compliant booking, intake, and note-taking tools. All staff and operations personnel handling sensitive information are HIPAA-trained.

Communication with therapists and coaches may occur via email. We advise caution when using email, as it is not encrypted. While all communications are handled by HIPAA-trained personnel and routed through secure, white-labeled email addresses, users should be mindful of what they choose to share. If you prefer not to communicate via email, a phone call may be arranged upon request.

Platform and Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Practitioners are independent contractors. They are paid directly for their time and services, and operate under their own private practice.

  • Practitioners are responsible for maintaining active licenses, professional insurance, and adherence to ethical codes.

  • Rebuilding Thoughts does not employ or clinically supervise practitioners.

  • If a practitioner leaves the platform, we will notify you and offer an opportunity to connect with another.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for selecting the provider or content that fits your needs.

  • You may change providers at any time.

  • If you are in crisis, contact emergency services. Our platform is not designed for emergency intervention.

Privacy and Use of Information

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.
